I recently conducted some podcasts with the principal of Oak Hills High School, Mr. Jeff Brandt. By enrollment, Oak Hills High School, located in Cincinnati is the largest high school in the state of Ohio. Being a principal can be a very stressful situation, as many who hold that position will testify. There is one very positive way to fight off those stressors....and that's through rigorous physical exercise and by consuming a healthful diet.
