Hey C, just found the BIG BLOG. Im gonna enjoy this one! Very interesting and especially when the podcasts get rollin. Are you getting them hooked up with iTunes podcasting, so when one subscribes to your cast it would be updated each time there is a new one through iTunes. Kewl stuff. If you need help of advice let me know. Remember, I'm a graphic designer plus I'm extremely interested in Nutrition. Maybe we should get Big S'Ab routine down sometime...ill stay posted.

hey , just emailed a friend of mine that has done the podcasting thing before. here is a site I was looking at earlier but she should get back with me and will have the answer to dowloading podcasts so they appear in a person's itunes.
